On the edge of one of the old large rice fields this Great Egret, and some Great Blues, moved around low.
If they stay at this height the background reeds add to the photos. A little higher and the blue sky makes it a struggle.

Thank you. No big flocks for a few weeks now. However there are plenty around giving us some good opportunities.
Fall in the marsh is a lot more work than spring in the swamps though.
