A series where I was shooting wider than usual, again nice to carry two cameras when possible.
Birds were traveling up the center of the marsh making it a good open flight location. Especially with Spoonbills and Wood Storks coming by.

This Spoonbill made a lazy pass just low enough to catch the marshlands in the shot too.


A short pass, he quickly banked right and went out the far trees.

I am pretty sure that I have said it before, but let me just say again that I never fail to be astonished by the bright pink color of the Roseate Spoonbills, a species that I have seen in person only at the zoo. Wow!
You g adults and breeding adults can look almost neon at times ππ. Goofy neon birdsβ¦ how can you not love them π€£π€£
