The Spoonbills have been around the marshes, but most times off on the far side. That is another area where it’s hard to access.
However, when the water is low the dike sides are great for Spoonbill fishing. They are very limited in the depth of water they can work in. When the trunks are holding back the tides food is plentiful for them.
