Roseate Spoonbill are no different than any other bird in their rookery. They get a particular path to a nest and follow it most every time.
This series was shot as the Spoonbill came into the rookery, following his preferred path, right by me.



I followed both Spoonbill and Wood Storks the last few days and this was the pattern.



Since rookeries are filled with shallow water (Alligators) getting a spot on the path may not be possible. This time it was.
