I love marshes, there is always so much to photograph as I try to capture their soul. But we don’t have alligators in Michigan, just mosquitos.
I am much more concerned with the mosquitoes and chiggers than any Alligator that is out there.
Me, too. I know how to avoid alligators and they really don’t seem to want to tangle with me – at least not in the winter. Now mosquitoes are relentless and we have ticks.
Amen to the concern of mosquitoes over gators – gators have always left me alone, now those blood sucking vampires, completely different story (at least when it comes to the females).
Southern red bugs are the worst. Big itch the first day, then blisters for a week. We got so many red bug bites down in the Florida Panther Preserve we considered a hospital visit. 😳😳
