Yes we do have very large Cattails here. That said it’s still pretty impressive Ellen spotted these lizards as we walked by.
The first Anole above was small but his tail was twice the size As his body!
I think the second Anole here must have had a close call, avoiding being lunch by leaving his leg behind. They will grow their tail back, legs are not coming back.
The first Anole is probably a Caribbean Anole, an invasive species. The second is a green Carolina Anole.
I love the lizards!
