On another adventure, Ellen hunting the smallest of critters. In the tallest of grasses.

While my wife is tall she is not even close to the height of the marsh grass. Some are at least 8 feet tall. Since this is a dike road there is water hidden on either side.
I love Ellen’s eye for detail— just wonderful!
We are full time photographers now, travel together, yet her style and eye is much different than mine. She certainly sees the details. We have been together 35 years, you would think she’d be numb by now 😂😂😂
You two are just amazing! 🤗🤩❤️ Love all your work together!
Thank you very much 🙏. It’s fun and keeps us out of trouble 😂
It’s great to see a shot of Ellen in action. If I am not mistaken, she has the Tamron 180mm macro lens on the camera that she has in her hands, one of my favorite lens, as you know. Is that a Canon 100-400mm lens on the camera slung over her shoulder?
Good eyes 😁. The Tamron you recommended is a constant for her with dragon flys. As you can guess by the terrain there are thousands here. And yes, her other go to is the 100-400. She finds the bigger lens too heavy. I have revisited the 100-400 myself. On big walks she is right, does get heavy.
