For one day these may have been the most popular flowers on the Magnolia Plantation grounds. I’m not even sure where it was exactly. I do know I passed through the grounds on my way out to the marsh and Ashley River.
A photographer couldn’t miss it, the bright colors hanging down into the dark water.
I know Ellen shot it, and I don’t think we were together. I did see another photographer placed an image on social media.
Magnolia Plantation Gardens, Charleston.
Bravo, Ellen, this is exquisite 💖✨🤗
Beautiful capture! It looks very similar to hyrangea, the flowers and leaves but I am not 100% sure.
I think you are right. Other people have said the same thing. Thanks 😁😁
The black setting really makes those purple/pinks really pop – very nice.
Thanks. Flowers grow all along the waters edge in these swamp areas. Around plantations they were planted. I try to use the water behind as a backdrop.
Pretty!
Thanks
