These photographs were taken a few days before the ‘deep freeze’. I know these big guys are down and hidden right now. We are well below freezing, even have ice. Not all that common in the Lowcountry.

The question now is, when will they pop out of whatever holes they are in. We should be in the 60’s by the end of week. They won’t be hungry so they may just sleep in.
