Every year I go for a few ‘dragon’ theme shots in a swamp. Can’t help it, fits too perfectly.

The male on the left with the female greeting him. Not empty handed either. Females greet their mates with some type of dinosaur affection, more than any other birds I have seen.
Females are also demanding. They pick a mate based on his nest site, and keep him out collecting branches.

In the end, just look, they’re dragons.
Love it, although I don’t think the nest would stand up too well to flamey breath ๐
Thanks. I donโt know how they stay in one piece at all. But they last years ๐
