When you come across a scene like this you just don’t know where to start.
On this morning we had several large groups of storks. I think these shots came from basic rule 101. The rule is get the shot…now. Chances are you only have a moment before chaos hits and they are flying in all directions.
The goods news was that was not the case. It was a good day 😁.
Ted, you are so good at photographing a group of birds. It ‘s true when you see them, you don’t know where to start. I love this crowd!
Thank you 😁. We have the rule 101, just shoot. After catching initial photos we take time setting up the gear and spots. Besides, when I walk up on big flocks it’s just spin around and shoot 😂😂

The big guys are one of my favorite 😁. Not the prettiest, or flashiest, however calm and commanding.
