After much ‘wrangling’, a county vote, and of course construction time a new, and large park, has opened near us. Being in the Lowcountry there is various areas of water. This includes the Ashley river and ponds. Really nice place for families, play grounds and educational pavilions.
Below is one of the docks out over a lake. There are several like this, very nice. Children can fish here, just release any caught.

Being as we have tropical heat, like almost always (it seems), swimming places for kids is normal.
Not around here though.

It’s a good idea to pay attention to the dock signs.

I know there is a certain segment of the population that think signs and rules are not meant for them. Should be interesting.
BTW; the big guys were here long before this pond became a park, and they never left LOL.
