Nice! Looks like a Gulf Fritillary which, of course, I don’t see here but I have seen pictures. so possibly.
That was my thought based on images on line. What ever it is they are common here. Thanks 😃.
First butterfly shot of the year? Yikes. I forgot for a moment that you tend to prefer larger subjects. 🙂
Not using a camera since May didn’t help LOL. But yes, the bigger the better.
