I was lucky enough to have had the opportunity to photograph a number of the New England raptors during a typical northern winter.

Most of the shots were previously included in various daily articles.

I thought some of these birds were too beautiful to be buried over time in the site archives. Here are a few of my favorites. Over time I hope to add more.

As difficult as it can be to find and photograph a Bald Eagle in New England the year 2015 seems to be the exception.
