Ruddy Turnstone

I don’t ever remember photographing these birds. I certainly can’t find any. Recently we found a small flock of them scurrying around the tide line.

During the summer months these birds travel up to the arctic tundra. I think Southern US becomes their winter home. Both of us moved to get away from snow.

Clutter, Swamp Photos

I find these types of photographs the most difficult. The only way I can describe them to anyone is to call them ‘clutter’.

In a boat or standing on the bank these places are stunning. However, catch them in the little box, the view finder, and the results are rarely what you expect.

Bald Eagle Gallery

We have been photographing more Bald Eagles than usual lately. It seemed easier to include them as a group rather than different articles.
