If this is not your first time reading on the web site you know the photographs are telling a story, I always have one.

Well, maybe not this time.

Late afternoon, especially in the warm weather, is usually very quiet. Rookery nests are too hot for any action, adults are resting in the shade or still out hunting. Photographers are standing in the shade doing nothing.

Out of the ‘green’ comes a local and swims over to my spot.  Not a bad opportunity, so I took the shot.

That’s the whole story. Even Alligators swimming over to me can actually be boring LOL.
