I don’t think I have ever gotten one dancing before. You can see they like dense thickets and their privacy.

    1. Except here. In Tampa, you can see them right off the boardwalk at Lettuce Lake Park. You can get within 2 feet of them and they are not fazed. Quite unusual really. 😊

  1. Stunning first photo, I’d never seen them do their dance! Maybe she was a bit embarrassed with Mrs Anhinga sitting on her nest right there! (Obviously, he wasn’t! LOL)
