As I played catch up with the last few weeks of photographs I found another White Ibis flight shot.
Its always fun to have caught one of these birds passing by. They rarely make it easy for you.
BTW, we were out shooting with a biologist from Tasmania a few days ago. We walked by a few Ibis wing feathers and she mentioned one of the reasons the wing tips are black is the different materials the tips are grown with. They are stronger than the rest of the feather to prevent wear and tear.
