As I have been working through the last weeks photographs it occurred to me how many times the dike overhang and trees had activity. Like here.

Most days in this spot all the action is a sleeping gator and photographers hiding from the sun, we try to park the car down this dike for shade.

Tricolors, and some Storks, marched back and forth the width of the marsh along the edge of the dike.
