I found at least 50 Alligators in this rice field, all using the brute force method of fishing. Talk about frustration !! Me not them.

The method is as follows;

Surface quickly with mouth open.

Chomp down real quick.

Look around for more minnows and repeat.

If you view the first photo large you can see all the minnows jumping out of the water.

Because the gators were submerged it’s like that old game ‘wack-a-mole’. They suddenly pop up where you are not looking, I turn to find another, and again a head pops up somewhere else. 😒
