Yes, really good light. This is a swamp that’s pretty dark too. Lucky he was sitting on the edge of the water. The swamp here has many Crayfish and Owls have nested nearby for as long as we have lived here.
I know I’ve seen that guy before. Or at least a sibling. Luckily, both seemed to be very tolerant of photographers.
Maybe the wife/husband 😂😂. This is one of the adults from the swamp nest. Right now we have a total of 4 in this spot 👍. A few more down the trails too, but inconsistent.
