These are really intense little Herons. Just a fun critter to watch.

A Spoonbill rookery may be an odd place for Green Herons to hang out. But here he is. Fishing and poking around in the same spot I’ve found him multiple other times, over several years.

Love them, and very smart. They have been known to use bait when fishing.
