Grackles have black beaks. This one doesn’t, in any of the photographs.
The obvious here is the swamp mud he is in.

I seldom see grackles out of a grocery store parking lot.
The Boat-tailed are the bigger ones that steal French Fries from beach front burger joints 😝.
