This is about as close to macro as I’m ever going to get.

These Bees (or whatever) are on Trumpet Vine flowers. Some up maybe 8 feet off the ground. We have some pretty big vines, loaded with flowers each year, and growing higher all the time.

I do my best to get open shots, usually with the lens pushed all the way. This takes practice too. I need to get much better with patience, getting more depth on focus, and finding subjects.

Best viewed large, these critters are small lol.
