Tricolored aren’t as dramatic as a Snowy Egret, but pretty close.

This one was ‘strutting’ through the mud in a marsh.  That was quite a feat considering this is all pluff mud, that cement thick, noxious smelling goo.

This marsh in the ACE Basin seems to draw more Tricolored than any other place I know of.
