This is a bird I associate with northern woods and lake regions.
At first I assumed it was a Phoebe, which is common on the edge of swamps.
Because he sat so still, in this one spot I had plenty of time to ID him.
After looking at the shots I’m wondering if these birds are more common here than I thought. Also, how many have I named as a Phoebe in correctly.
