As long as they enough room for the large wings. They can ‘push’ through the others at times. But such a calm animal the offended one rarely complains. 🙂
I can just picture him taking a bow, they are so much fun to watch fly and land.
White Pelican have the better, and safer, landing than the. Brown species. It’s the old making a grand entrance.

And huge !!! I think they are the second biggest bird in North America, behind the Condor.
