Butter In A Swamp

Butter In A Swamp

Another Butter Butt. I have photographed more in the last month than the last 5 years.

I have to believe this was a special year for them. Either that or I have become invisible. Unlike Ellen the little guys avoid me most times.

  1. Blame it on the pandemic, Ted. Everything seems strange this past year. It is a little scary to think that we have been living with these restrictions for almost exactly a year now.

    1. I know 😳😳. In the middle I had my hip replaced, I was trapped with my IPad and news apps !!!! So lucky we are not still living in CT. Here we do have the ‘wilds’ to escape to… even with a gimpy leg.

Eventually things will calm down, not ‘normal’ as we knew it, but the ‘new normal’ 😂

  2. I think you learned how to be invisible 🙂 I have never seen this cute little bird and not sure we have them where I live. Amazing photos!!!
