Roseate Spoonbills were in the mix at some of the dry marshes.

I must have been at 5 – 6 different marsh areas the other day, all were low, but Spoonbill only hunted in the smaller ones.

I’m not sure why, maybe it’s because they really don’t eat larger fish. Small minnows at best.

The big marshlands had pockets filled with big fish, and many birds. Too much chaos for them.
