I’m not sure how this bird caught any fish, but he did.
Above he has some type of tiny fish or insect. How he saw it is a mystery. Look how thick the surface water is!
Only needs about a million more to have enough for a meal.

Wow that is super thick – too thick even to use its yellow galoshes to fish with.
Late fall swamp / marsh duck weed is like glue. It dies off soon.
