Similar to the idea some days you see everything and others you draw a blank, different species are like that for me. Tricolors were missing, but we finally had some luck.

The light, reflections, etc seems to be so much better in salt, brackish, water for these types of shots. Thanks.

Thank you very much 😁😁. I have a collection of Tricolors similar to these. The old ‘feast or famine’. So of course we stopped at a Tricolor rookery yesterday on our way to Savannah, Ga so May have more. I haven’t looked at the images yet, went to 3 wildlife areas and the famous gothic Bonaventure cemetery (Garden of good and evil) in 1 1/2 days 😂.
