A plantation marsh trail near home is thick with with tall reeds now in faded fall colors. Egrets and Herons fly over the open canals here and make a nice image when caught in flight.

The trick is to be in a spot with enough open space to make a shot. Otherwise the reeds and grass are taller than I am.
