I know that all the Little Blues look alike. However there is one that has been around this rookery full time for over a year.

This bird hunts and follows the same routine day in, day out. He has the small side swamp mapped out and eats very well.

Now that it’s spring his colors have changed but almost every time I walk the long side of the big pond this bird is off in the wetlands.

All the local photographers follow him for a few quick shots too, I’m not his only fan.
