Yes it’s a big leaf, but not huge by swamp standards. The frog, tiny by any standards.
Photographing the little guys is contagious. Ellen always looks for them and after seeing what she finds I’m a fan.

Found on the edge of a swamp where tall plants cover a wetland. Seems to be a good neighborhood.

There are so many right now, you really need to be careful outside. Or on the porch. There’s a small lizard (Anole) who sneaks in every night and sleeps cuddled up to the wind chimes. LOL When he sees me with coffee in the morning he slips away under the screen.

The rains must have hatched a bunch here. Tiny guys out in numbers, small Anatole lizards too.
