He would not give me a side view, absolutely refused. It didn’t matter, it’s a Crane, a bird I rarely get to see and some people never do.
The Sandhill and Whooping Cranes are known for their long loud calls. Once heard you can never forget it. Almost 5 feet tall with a wing span of about 7 feet wide.
