This was taken in the Cypress Wetlands rookery. Actually the far side of the larger pond. I don’t think there’s much left to catch here. Most hunting is probably away over to the marshes. For now adults take turns looking for food.

The chicks are up and moving now. Feeding them becomes the full time job.
