Alligators continuously grow new teeth. There is one growing under the current one. The one below has a few issues though. The teeth are growing in different direction LOL.

I see a good number of Alligators with teeth like this. Not sure if they have been hurt at some time or tried to eat a V8 engine. Both are possible.
