Tiny is an understatement of their size when first hatched. You can’t see them unless they move. This one was likely a few days old. At first hatch they are covered in sticky dirt from where their egg has been hidden.
He was about half the size of my thumb.

The toes are pretty amazing.
The nails are razor sharp. They can hang on solid metal, like a pipe, for hours with no effort.
