We have the most blue skies I have ever seen. Sometimes when driving one of us will comment on how it’s a ‘big sky’ day.
This shot has what I call a ‘Kodak’ day. Specifically a Kodachrome 25 kind of day. The sky is the give away.

This is from a DxO film filter, not 35mm film. Both KM25 and KM64 are no longer made. I’m told it’s accurate but have no old slides for comparison. I shot B&W in the day. It was cheaper and easier to develop with a small kit.
This shot was from a walk last week around dikes in the ACE Basin. The heat isn’t helping the grass and reeds out there. Almost looks like fall, except the 100 degree temperatures.
Specs; OM-1 (1), OM 12-100, Lightroom, DxO Filmpack.
Lovely sky indeed!
Kodak got it right. The film itself goes back to 1935 and I think it was ended on maybe 2010 or so. I love old film looks, but my days of chemicals or waiting by the mail box are long gone 😆😆.
