I have always thought my backup camera, a Canon 70D, captured colors more vibrant than any others we use.
Now I’m convinced.
These photographs were taken using spot metering and exposure compensation down 1/3 stop. I also used the custom mode of ‘Landscape’ from the Canon menu. Something I only do with the 70D.
The dark backgrounds were due to having a pond directly behind the plants.
The Tamron 18-400 mm lens at around 100 mm also proved it is a worthy generalist lens.
Beautifully captured!
The colors were better than expected here 🙂 thanks
Iris 🙂

Nicely done. The compositions speak for themselves.
I appreciate that. And thanks for stopping by.
