It didn’t hurt having the Heron slowly plod along either, no ripples.

This Tricolored Heron is majestic. Very special! I wish we would have them. The photos are incredibly beautiful. Love the reflections!
The colors here look like this was a juvenile just getting adult plumage. And yes, very pretty birds.
