If you find two different types of wading birds out in a marsh together it is usually them.
Snowy’s are known for having a bad attitude, but then Tricolor’s are not exactly sweet. Maybe that’s why they can get along.

Oh yes. Some species more than others, but most will. The smaller Snowy Egret in these images will fight with most anything around. š
