Wood Storks come in like passenger planes, they need some open space to move along as they touch down.
They also want to be with the other Storks.
At times I can see the crashes coming.
Never happens, and the others don’t seem bothered by the close calls.
They probably can’t get too angry, they will do the same thing next time.

That’s a perfect description. Everything is calm and deliberate. Even an emergency flock escape into the air… well it’s like they hold the door for each other.
