Taken on the large rice fields in the Donnelley WMA, before all the winds began. Anything more than a breeze I associate with a hurricane, yet this week is ‘northern style’ windy.
I mention this because this Egret would not have casually passed over the marsh like this.
I can’t count the number of in flights I missed just yesterday due the windy speed of these guys.
