Roseate Spoonbills are not particularly vocal. When they are it’s more of a raspy cough, or long grunt sound. Nothing musical.
I can tell you, there was no three part harmony here.

Long raspy cough. They usually call when getting ready to fly. Throw their had back, call out and see if others want to leave too. A few calls and they’re gone.
