The Methodist camp cabins have the kitchen/cooking areas behind the building in a open area. Some places do have power and water. True plumbing is not available though.

Over the years some of the cabins (tents) have added all types of creative comforts. Even if the refrigerated case has no power, ice would work pretty well.
