Wildlife photographers usually can’t spend much time on the in camera composition, just the basics if lucky.
As soon as I spotted this little guy in the dark palms I walked backwards and shot as wide as my lens would allow.
The pure white bird with dark green background makes a very nice composition. I can imagine a hand-painted wallpaper from the 1800’s.
