I decided to add a few more Reddish Egrets after a conversation that reminded me many people, even wildlife lovers, don’t know this bird exists.
In the US they have the smallest habitat of any bird. They are primarily in Central America, the Caribbean, and parts of Mexico. As I type this I realize I have never seen a Reddish Egret rookery.
