I sent out looking to photograph wildlife, the marsh scenes won the day. I think this may be one of the prettiest settings I’ve captured in a while.

The nearest small asphalt road is 5 miles down a dirt road. No one lives here, a ranger station at that 5 miles down mark. I found one other person, a photographer I know of course. Another had been near this spot about 4 hours earlier.

The sky here is amazing. So different than up north. We have clear ocean breezes that keeps every thing fresh. We call this a ‘big sky’ day LOL.
