During this uncertain time, dealing with a pandemic, we have chosen to stay at a distance as much as possible. Like a ‘lock down’.

It seems prudent and responsible (good grief when did I become responsible).
The large number of photographs I shot, and made joking comments about, will pay off now. I have literally thousands of images never published. There are times we have 2,000 photos a week!
It should be interesting working backwards through my hard drives. I might even open the back gate and wander the pine woods behind the house.
Of course, stay safe and sane. Thanks for visiting.
“Of course, stay safe and sane.”
2,000 photos a week is staying sane. Got it.
LOL, OK, so I have a problem. But it will be fine now, can’t get out into the ‘wilds’ to shoot.
Actually, shooting with a 10 shots per second camera in swamps and marshes that many images is not all that bad 🙂
….of course, it takes thousands to produce a couple of great images, and you show us how, Ted. Lovely lovely work.
Thanks so much. As I work through images I can see where I am rusty in Jan/Feb needing more photographs, finally come spring and my shooting goes way up in numbers and thankfully keepers. There can be times in spring there is so much going on around you it’s a gamble just which way to point the lens. Never experienced that until I went out to the marshes down here.
Thanks again for your kind words.
…..the marshes……have EYES
Appropriate photo! Nice to have all those photos in reserve. Keep safe you two.
I delete at least 50% on any given day. But even a slow day that means 150+. Thanks, you do the same.
Stay well! The birds will relax now they can build their nests without being subjected to the scrutiny of the lens 🙂
LOL, I think you’re right 😂😂
Glad you two are taking good care. And I’m happy to hear the archives are well stocked!
